Family Medicine Physician

Joshua Lumumba Okallo, MD, is providing comprehensive care for all ages—from prenatal to elder services—at our Snug Harbor/Germantown practice site.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Okallo received his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. He also completed his Family Medicine Residency at Loma Linda, where he served as Chief Resident. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, magna cum laude, from Pacific Union College in Angwin, California.

Dr. Okallo made a conscious decision to join a Community Health Center setting and Manet in particular. One of his priorities is working with medically underserved populations. “Manet’s vision about where health care is going, and its plans to achieve that vision in getting resources to its patients, will help me reach my goal of building provider-patient relationships that promote health in many areas of patients’ lives,” he says.

Dr. Okallo is trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support in Adults, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
